Private Health Funds

We provide on the spot billing for all private health funds through our HICAPS terminal. You will need to check with your insurance company prior to your appointment to make sure you are covered under your policy to receive ancillary services, also known as extras cover for the therapy you have chosen.

Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) – Chronic Disease Management – Allied Health Services under Medicare

If your doctor finds you eligible for the Medicare EPC program, you will be entitled to receive up to 5 allied health services per calendar year. Our clinic provides on the spot billing for these services.

Workers Compensation, Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Or Department Of Veteran’s Affairs DVA

If you have an approved Workers Compensation Claim, MAA (motor vehicle accident) or DVA claims, you are not required to pay for your treatments. Our clinic will take care of all the paper work and billing necessary. A referral is required from your treating doctor with the claim details from your insurance company, which should include your claim number and case managers contact details. In the case where your employer is paying for your treatment, our clinic will make contact and bill the employer directly for your care.
